Some messages sent by CJ Businesses LLC may be sent using automated technology, including automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS) or automated text messaging platforms. By opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive both manually sent and automated messages from CJ Businesses LLC.3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, appointments, and communication preferences. You may receive up to several messages per week. Message frequency may increase during active service periods or promotional events.3.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. CJ Businesses LLC is not responsible for any charges your mobile carrier applies for sending or receiving text messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.3.5 How to Opt Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of receiving text messages from CJ Businesses LLC at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request, and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe to text messages, text START to the same number.3.6 How to Get Help
For assistance related to our SMS program, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or contact us directly at the contact information provided in Section 12 of these Terms. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.3.7 No Obligation to Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from CJ Businesses LLC.3.8 Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.4. Telephone and Voice Call Communications
4.1 Automated and Pre-Recorded Calls
By providing your telephone number to CJ Businesses LLC, you expressly consent to receive calls from CJ Businesses LLC at the number(s) you provide.
